Are You Still Searching for that Perfect Meaningful Gift?
Discover the Wade House Gift Shop, where local craftsmanship intertwines with rich heritage. Ideal for those seeking unique, locally-made items, we present an exquisite collection of handcrafted treasures, each with its own captivating story.
Unique Treasures to Explore:
Black Walnut Bowls: Crafted with love by local artist Bob Newton, these bowls are made from Wade House’s very own black walnut tree. They beautifully blend form and function, making them both a practical and artistic choice.
One-of-a-kind Black Walnut Boards: Created by the talented Andy Hansen, each board is a unique masterpiece. These boards are crafted from black walnut trees that grew near the historic Wade House Stagecoach Inn, making each a unique masterpiece.
Heritage Wool: Our yarn comes from heritage breed sheep raised right at the Wade House. These sheep are raised to conserve breeds and maintain a connection to traditional husbandry, wool processing, and craftsmanship. Dyed onsite using natural plant materials from our heirloom gardens, we offer both Merino and Cotswold varieties.
Artisan Candy Canes: Crafted straight from our very own blacksmith shop, these candy canes are not just sweet treats but a delightful nod to tradition.
Wade House Moments in Acrylic: Capture the spirit of Wade House through stunning acrylic paintings by Bob Harker. Each painting showcases a “Wade House Moment’ captured right here by Bob.
